Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Pardot and Mailchimp. Conduct customer segmentation to tailor marketing messages for different audience groups. Utilize CSS to enhance the design and functionality of marketing materials. Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools, providing insights for continuous improvement. Implement testing strategies to optimize marketing efforts across various channels. Oversee digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Manage marketing automation processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing, with proficiency in tools such as Pardot and Mailchimp. Strong understanding of customer segmentation techniques and their application in marketing strategies. Familiarity with CSS for creating visually appealing content is preferred. Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and content creation. Knowledge of testing methodologies to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Proficiency in marketing automation tools is a plus. Basic understanding of SQL is advantageous for data management tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
