Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated

Email Marketing Executive

to generate high-quality

US leads

through targeted email campaigns. The role focuses on reaching students/prospects and achieving a

daily target of 3-5 qualified leads

.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for the US market Generate

3-5 qualified leads daily

through email outreach Build and manage student/prospect databases Segment email lists based on demographics and engagement Draft compelling email copies and subject lines Track performance metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversions Maintain CRM records and update lead status Follow CAN-SPAM and email compliance guidelines Coordinate with sales/BD teams for lead handover Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
Daily Targets

Generate

minimum 3 leads

per day Maximum target:

5+ quality leads daily

Maintain lead accuracy and contact validity
Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) Understanding of lead generation techniques Good written communication skills in English Ability to work in US time zones Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets Self-motivated and target-driven Students / freshers with marketing interest are welcome
Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in B2B/B2C email campaigns Knowledge of CRM tools Prior US market exposure Copywriting skills
