Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage customers, nurture leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, audience segmentation, automation, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, transactional, newsletters, drip campaigns) Develop engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies Set up and monitor email automation workflows and customer journeys Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) Conduct A/B testing on content, layout, subject lines, and timing Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, bounce rate) Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign execution Maintain brand consistency across all email communications Stay updated with industry trends and email marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 6 months -2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar) Strong copywriting and communication skills Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred) Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
