Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns Manage bulk email campaigns and mailing lists Design email templates and write engaging email content Ensure high deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates Segment email lists based on customer behavior and targeting Monitor campaign performance and generate reports Maintain compliance with email marketing policies and best practices Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zoho, etc.) Experience with bulk email campaigns Understanding of email deliverability, spam rules, and inbox placement Good written communication skills in English Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work with targets and deadlines
