About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven

Email Marketing Executive

who will manage

email campaigns and WhatsApp automation workflows

to improve lead engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize

email marketing campaigns

Create email sequences, newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails Manage

WhatsApp automation

for lead nurturing and customer communication Set up automated workflows, broadcasts, and follow-ups Segment contact lists and personalize campaigns Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) A/B test subject lines, content, and automation flows Ensure email & WhatsApp compliance and best practices Coordinate with sales and CRM teams for lead management

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in

Email Marketing / Automation

Hands-on experience with tools like

Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Sendinblue, or similar

Experience with

WhatsApp automation tools

(WATI, Interakt, Twilio, Meta WhatsApp API, etc.) Basic understanding of

CRM integration and lead funnels

Strong written communication skills Data-driven mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
