Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize outbound email campaigns targeting digital agencies and marketing firms globally for white-label solutions and staff augmentation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute email outreach campaigns targeting digital agencies in the US, Europe, Australia, and other markets. Research and segment potential agency leads based on geography, size, and service requirements. Create personalized and compelling cold email sequences that highlight our white-label services and staff augmentation model. Manage end-to-end email workflows, including research data, verification and scheduling. Track, analyze, and optimize email marketing (open rates, replies, conversions). Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging with business objectives and hand over qualified leads.

Requirements

0-3 years of proven experience in B2B email marketing / lead generation (preferably in digital marketing and IT services). Strong knowledge of cold email strategies, lead segmentation, and personalization techniques. Hands-on experience with email marketing (Google codes, Apollo, etc) Good written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive outreach emails. Understanding of email deliverability, warm-up processes, and compliance guidelines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience targeting digital agencies for outsourcing/white-label services. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and web development (to align messaging). Proven track record of generating qualified leads via cold email campaigns.
