We're Hiring: Email Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation)

Work Mode: On-site

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and run email campaigns for lead generation (IT Sales)

2. Manage and segment subscriber lists

3.Write engaging email content and design simple templates

4. Set up automation flows for nurturing leads

5.Track and improve performance (open rate, clicks, conversions)

6.Work closely with the sales & marketing teams

Requirements:

? Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Marketing & Lead Generation

? Knowledge of tools like Bulk Email software, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.

? Good copywriting & analytical skills

? Detail-oriented and performance-focused

? Able to show measurable results
