We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Email Marketing Executive
to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute
email marketing campaigns
to promote software products, services, webinars, and events.
Manage and segment the
email subscriber database
to target customers effectively based on behaviour, interests, and lifecycle stages.
Develop and optimize
email workflows, automation, and drip campaigns
to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the
content and design teams
to craft engaging email content, visuals, and CTAs.
Conduct
A/B testing
to improve subject lines, content, and send times for higher engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates).
Ensure compliance with
GDPR, CAN-SPAM
, and other email marketing regulations.
Work closely with the
sales and product teams
to align email campaigns with product launches and lead generation goals.
Continuously analyse campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in
email marketing
, preferably in a
B2B IT or SaaS environment
.
Hands-on experience with
email marketing platforms
such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of
CRM systems, automation workflows, and lead nurturing
.
Proficiency in
HTML/CSS for email templates
(basic knowledge preferred).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent
copywriting and editing
skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with
marketing automation, SEO, and digital marketing
best practices is a plus.
