Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through
LinkedIn outreach
, InMail, and connection strategies.
Create and manage
bulk email campaigns
using tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.
Research and build lists of potential clients based on company criteria.
Maintain and update the lead database with accurate information.
Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads.
Track campaign performance, open/click-through rates, and lead conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets (50-60 leads).
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in lead generation via email marketing or LinkedIn.
Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms.
Strong written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce (preferred).
Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize strategies.
