Job Summary



We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of experience in generating qualified leads through email campaigns for IT services in international markets. The ideal candidate should be familiar with email marketing strategies, tools, and targeting prospects in US, Canada, Australia, and Europe for B2B services.

Key Responsibilities



Create and manage

targeted email marketing campaigns

to generate leads for services like: Website Development Custom Software Development Mobile App Development Web Design Research and build

prospect databases

relevant to our service offerings and international markets. Craft

engaging and personalized email content

, subject lines, and CTAs to maximize open and conversion rates. Segment contact lists and apply

A/B testing

for optimization. Monitor campaign performance metrics such as

open rates, CTRs, response rates

, and

lead quality

. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to hand over and nurture qualified leads. Maintain and update campaign records and

generate reports

on email outreach and results. Stay up to date with

compliance regulations

(CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) related to international email marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing for IT services targeting international clients (US, Canada, Australia, Europe). Proven track record in lead generation and nurturing through email outreach. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Understanding of B2B marketing principles and sales funnels. Experience with mass email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus. Ability to work independently from office and meet campaign goals.
