About the Role:

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive

with

1-2 years of hands-on experience

in managing and optimizing email campaigns. The candidate should have a basic understanding of automation, lead nurturing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute

email marketing campaigns

. Write engaging

email copies, subject lines, and CTAs

. Manage and segment

email subscriber lists

for targeted campaigns. Set up and monitor

automated workflows

and drip campaigns. Perform

A/B testing

to optimize open rates and click-through rates. Analyze campaign performance using tools like

Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign

. Collaborate with content and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. Ensure compliance with email best practices and deliverability standards.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience

in email marketing. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar). Good content writing and design sense. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred, not mandatory). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and trends.
