Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive customer engagement. Manage end-to-end email marketing: list building, segmentation, content creation, automation, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with lead generation goals. Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar for campaign execution and analytics. Monitor campaign metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversions; optimize campaigns based on insights. Build and maintain a clean, GDPR-compliant email database. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new lead sources and trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation. Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue). Strong understanding of email automation, list segmentation, and CRM integration. Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for detail. Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign dashboards. Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email compliance regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a B2B or SaaS marketing environment. Familiarity with cold email outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist, Woodpecker). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design and editing.
