Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
Create compelling subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize open and click-through rates.
Segment email lists based on customer behavior, interests, and demographics.
Manage and maintain subscriber databases and ensure GDPR/other compliance.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align email content with brand goals.
Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with e-commerce or B2B email marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Understanding of deliverability, spam filters, and list hygiene.
