Role & responsibilities

Plan, create, test, and send marketing emails and newsletters using email marketing tools. Build and improve workflows to nurture leads and re-engage past clients and contacts. Offer technical support to improve email deliverability rates. Manage audience segmentation and create targeted lists for personalized, behavior-based communication. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall goals. Track and analyze campaign performance (e.g., delivery, open, and conversion rates), and share insights to improve future campaigns. Make sure all email campaigns follow best practices for deliverability and comply with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, with the ability to manage campaigns and deliver results. Good understanding of email marketing tools, best practices, and key performance metrics. Experience using marketing automation tools and email service providers. Strong writing and communication skills to create engaging messages. Comfortable working with data and analysis tools to measure campaign success. Able to work well with different teams and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
