We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing & Inside Sales Specialist to spearhead our lead generation initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base by executing targeted email campaigns and engaging potential clients through strategic outreach.?

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate B2B leads. Identify and research potential client companies and key decision-makers. Engage prospects through personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach. Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and client information. Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and branding. Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Desired candidate profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B email marketing or inside sales, preferably within the IT services sector. Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM tools. Ability to handle, manage / engage / fix-up meetings with C-Suite executives. An Independent contributor, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable professional. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, good in probing with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Team management experience is preferred.
