Key Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage
email marketing campaigns
targeting
pan-India hospitals and dialysis centers
Develop engaging and impactful
email content
, newsletters, and promotional campaigns aligned with our renal care offerings
Handle
mass mailing campaigns
, ensuring high deliverability, open rates, and engagement
Manage
follow-ups
on email communications to nurture leads and maximize conversions
Respond promptly and professionally to
email replies, queries, and information requests
Build, organize, and maintain a
robust database
of hospitals, nephrologists, dialysis centers, and healthcare stakeholders
Generate and qualify
leads
through email campaigns and coordinate with the sales/business development team
Monitor and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy norms
