Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
Create engaging email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action aligned with brand tone.
Manage email lists, segmentation, hygiene, and subscriber growth strategies.
Set up and optimize automated workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, drip campaigns, etc.).
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, content, and send times.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.).
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to refine email assets.
Ensure emails comply with industry laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, unsubscribe protocols).
Research and implement email marketing best practices and trends.
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in email marketing or CRM marketing.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, SendGrid, MoEngage, or similar).
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and automation flows.
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred but not required).
Good copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with experience reading and interpreting campaign data.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
Skills we required:
Experience in e-commerce or digital-first brands.
Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing.
Basic design skills (Canva , Figma, etc.).
