We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Email Marketing Executive

to join our remote team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns Write compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs Manage and segment email lists effectively Schedule and deploy email campaigns Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) Perform A/B testing to improve email performance Maintain email hygiene and follow best practices Coordinate with the marketing team to meet campaign goals

Requirements:

3 to 4 years of proven experience

in email marketing Hands-on experience with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or similar platforms Strong written English communication skills Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must have own PC or laptop

Must have a reliable broadband internet connection

Skills Required:

Email copywriting and campaign management Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Time management Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
