About the Role

We are seeking an

Email Marketing Executive with prior experience in IT services or product-based companies

to design, execute, and optimize B2B/B2C email campaigns. The role involves managing end-to-end email communication for lead generation, nurturing, customer engagement, and product/service promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns tailored to IT services and product offerings. Segment customer databases (prospects, clients, partners) and personalize email flows. Create product/service-focused newsletters, onboarding flows, and lifecycle campaigns. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation through targeted campaigns. Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, MQLs generated) and optimize accordingly. Implement A/B testing for subject lines, templates, and messaging. Ensure emails are aligned with brand voice, technical accuracy, and compliance. Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and tracking. Stay up to date with IT industry trends and integrate them into campaign strategies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field. 1-2 years of proven email marketing experience in IT services or IT product-based companies. Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing in the technology domain. Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, SendGrid, or similar). Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Skills

Experience in

lead nurturing for IT services / SaaS products

. Knowledge of inbound marketing and content marketing. Familiarity with IT industry buyer personas and sales cycles. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, sales, design).

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
