We are looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist who excels in crafting targeted email campaigns, nurturing leads, and driving high conversion rates. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automation, segmentation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing and conversion.
Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs that drive user action.
Manage email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
Segment audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and funnel stage.
Analyse campaign results (open rate, CTR, conversion rate) and continuously improve performance.
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and sending time.
Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and enhance lead quality.
Maintain email lists, ensure high deliverability, and reduce bounce/unsubscribe rate.
Use tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
Develop strategies to convert cold leads into active prospects.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in email marketing or lead conversion roles.
Proficiency with email marketing tools and automation workflows.
Strong understanding of lead funnels, segmentation, and customer lifecycle.
Excellent copywriting skills with a conversion-focused mindset.
Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
Knowledge of email deliverability techniques and best practices.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Understanding of marketing automation and retargeting strategies.
Experience in B2B lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
