Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote residential, commercial, and luxury real estate properties. Create impactful marketing campaigns using digital platforms, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising to generate leads and improve customer engagement. Plan and manage events such as property launches, open houses, and exhibitions. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and track campaign performance. to ensure accurate and appealing content. Create and manage content for websites, social media, and email campaigns. Develop compelling brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that showcase property highlights. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Build partnerships with media houses, influencers, and real estate portals for enhanced outreach. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to measure ROI. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve marketing goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Marketing Manager

in the

real estate

sector or a related industry. Strong knowledge of

digital marketing tools

such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM platforms. Excellent content creation, branding, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Strong understanding of local property markets, real estate trends, and buyer behavior. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
