1. Create email marketing campaigns to promote both products or services
2. End-to-end ownership of email marketing strategy - email calendar & strategy planning, discount strategy, creation, execution, tracking, and reporting of email marketing campaigns including bounce logs.
3. Troubleshoot and collaborate to find solutions to deliverability issues as they arise.
4. Manage customer database with various segments and relevant attributes and make sure that email lists are up-to-date with valid email addresses.
5. Ensure IP addresses are warmed up and domain reputation remains in the good slab
6. Monitor overall deliverability rates across all users and IPs - responsible for open/click/bounce rates and ROI
7. Maintain relationships with ISP and other email providers
8. Build a connection on social networking sites or various input forms for lead generation
9. Ensure prompt and accurate communication via email to minimize unsubscribes
10. Co-ordinate between creative designer and content writer to finalize mobile-friendly campaigns
11. Plan email personalization to the deepest levels to maximize customer LTV and experience.
12. Plan the customer journey, and customer lifecycle, understand customer behavior, and execute campaigns/engagement programs to improve retention
13. Understand different customer cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, offers vs. non-offers, categories bought, etc. ) and behavior across platforms- research and implement new methods of abuse detection, prevention, and spam controlling Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Graduate from tier I/tier II with an excellent academic record.
2. 0.6-3years experience in Email Marketing strategy planning and execution
3. Proven track record of running successful email marketing campaigns for e-commerce platforms to promote both products and services.
4. Advanced proficiency in Emailing Tools. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:
