Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Email Marketing Executive

to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn and build a career in digital and email marketing. You will assist in planning, creating, and executing email campaigns to engage prospects and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Create, design, and execute email marketing campaigns (promotional, newsletters, and transactional emails) Assist in building and managing email lists and customer databases Write clear, engaging, and error-free email content Ensure emails are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) Support A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign requirements Maintain email hygiene and follow best practices for deliverability and compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred) Basic understanding of email marketing concepts Good written communication skills in English Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to learn email marketing tools and analytics Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred (Good to Have)

Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals Internship or academic project experience in marketing
