About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven

Email Marketing Executive

to own the planning, creation, and optimization of our email campaigns. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution--from segmentation and content coordination to automation and performance tracking--aimed at driving engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects. Create engaging, personalized, and high-performing email content aligned with the brand voice. Build and manage segmented mailing lists using CRM or marketing automation tools (like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo). Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing and responsive email templates. Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and A/B testing for optimization. Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversion). Ensure all email communications comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Research new email marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo). Proficiency in segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent written and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.). Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tracking tools. Understanding of lead nurturing and customer journey mapping. Creative mindset with strong design and storytelling sense.
