Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to support business objectives such as lead generation, customer engagement, product promotions, and brand awareness.
Manage email databases and audience segmentation to ensure targeted and relevant communication.
Implement A/B tests for subject lines, email content, send times, and other variables to optimize performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to maintain brand consistency and align email strategy with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, new email marketing tools, and innovations to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, email reporting dashboards).
Excellent written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
Experience with HTML/CSS for email templates is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
