Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, articulate, and detail-oriented

Email Marketing Executive

to manage targeted email campaigns, brand communication, and lead-nurturing activities. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to create impactful email content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize daily email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement. Create high-quality email content with strong grammar, accuracy, and attention to brand tone. Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting for improved campaign performance. Track open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and other key KPIs to improve campaign outcomes. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align messaging and follow-up strategies. Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry standards and best practices. Run A/B tests for subject lines, content, templates, and send times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA degree is mandatory. Strong command of written English; convent-educated candidates are preferred for their communication proficiency. 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing (freshers with strong communication may be considered in some cases). Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, etc. Ability to analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
