As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns targeting both domestic and international audiences. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns tailored to domestic and international audiences.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create localized and culturally relevant email templates.
Segment and manage email lists to ensure maximum deliverability and engagement.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and generate insightful reports.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data to meet engagement and revenue goals.
Stay updated on global email marketing trends and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with business objectives.
Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Design and execute email campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and scheduling.
Analyse campaign performance and generate reports to optimize results.
Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, and other KPIs to maintain high campaign performance.
Stay updated with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to improve campaign efficiency.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree mandatory.
At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, preferably with exposure to international markets.
Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on audience-specific messaging.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is an advantage.
Understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific preferences is a plus.
