Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Plan, execute, and manage bulk email marketing campaigns
Create engaging email templates, subject lines, and content
Maintain and segment email databases
Track delivery rates, open rates, CTR, and conversions
WhatsApp Marketing
Execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and automation workflows
Manage audience segmentation and campaign scheduling
Monitor responses and engagement
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Track campaign effectiveness and ROI
Maintain detailed outreach records
Coordinate with HR and Marketing teams
Requirements
3+ years experience
in Email Marketing & WhatsApp Marketing
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Experience with WhatsApp automation platforms
Strong analytical and reporting skills
