Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for multiple eCommerce clients.
Create segmented mailing lists based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
Develop automated workflows, drip campaigns, cart abandonment sequences, and post-purchase flows.
Execute bulk mail campaigns using Mail Merge and other tools as required.
Content & Creative Coordination
Coordinate with designers and content writers to create high-quality email templates.
Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and optimized for maximum deliverability and conversions.
A/B test subject lines, email layouts, CTAs, and send times.
Tools & Platform Expertise
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or other email automation tools.
Manage integration of email tools with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce , etc.
Performance Analysis
Track, monitor, and report campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue).
Optimize campaigns based on insights, benchmarks, and best practices.
Maintain deliverability, list hygiene, bounce management, and spam compliance.
Client Communication
Interact with clients to understand marketing goals and align email strategies accordingly.
Present performance reports and optimization recommendations regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams to support omnichannel marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
3-4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably for eCommerce brands.
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows (welcome series, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back).
Experience with Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Understanding of email best practices, spam regulations, segmentation strategies, and deliverability.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing (preferred)..
Strong analytical skills and understanding of email metrics and reporting.
Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
