About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven

Email Marketing Executive

to join our team in Ahmedabad. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and engage existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation, nurturing, and retention Create, proofread, and edit email content (subject lines, body copy, CTAs) in line with brand tone Build and manage email lists, segments, and workflows Set up and schedule campaigns, automation journeys, and drip campaigns Coordinate with design/content team for creatives, banners, and landing pages Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes, bounce rate) and share reports A/B test subject lines, send times, content formats, and layouts Ensure all campaigns follow email marketing best practices and anti-spam regulations Maintain and regularly clean email databases to improve deliverability Support overall digital marketing activities as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

1-2 years of hands-on experience

in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing Practical experience with at least one email marketing tool
(e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.)

Good understanding of email marketing metrics and reporting Basic knowledge of customer segmentation and automation workflows Strong written communication skills and eye for detail Basic HTML for email editing (added advantage) Ability to work on multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Location: Ahmedabad Work Mode: Hybrid Working Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
