About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Email Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies. Create engaging email content and newsletters. Manage email databases and ensure compliance with best practices. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, etc.). Work closely with design and content teams to coordinate campaigns. Segment audiences for targeted campaigns to maximize reach and ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and email marketing tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates. Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
