At DigitalMonk, we specialize in cutting-edge custom software and innovative tech solutions. We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team and help us grow our reach and customer base through smart, engaging email campaigns.

What You'll Do:

Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns Help create email content that connects with our audience Manage email lists and segmentations Analyze email campaign performance and prepare reports Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and improve outreach Learn and grow in a fast-paced tech startup environment

What We're Looking For:

Recent graduate or fresher with a keen interest in digital marketing Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Curious, eager to learn, and proactive attitude Good organizational skills and ability to multitask Familiarity with marketing metrics is a bonus
