such as: Welcome flow, Abandoned cart flow, Browse abandonment flow, Post-purchase flow, Win-back / re-engagement flow etc.
Work on
customer journeys
based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.
Perform
email list segmentation
based on engagement, purchase behavior, and customer data.
Create and manage email templates (basic HTML or drag-and-drop editors).
Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and copies.
Monitor and analyze campaign and flow performance (open rate, CTR, conversions).
Optimize subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance.
Ensure best practices for
email deliverability
and compliance (opt-ins, unsubscribes).
Maintain email hygiene and manage subscriber lists.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in
Email Marketing
, preferably in
E-commerce
.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as
Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
.
Basic understanding of:
Email flows & automation
Customer journeys
Segmentation strategies
Experience working with
Shopify / WooCommerce
or other e-commerce platforms.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Good communication and coordination skills.
