We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email best practices, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs aligned with brand tone and marketing goals.
Segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
Design or coordinate email templates ensuring mobile responsiveness and brand consistency.
Manage email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness and deliverability.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Maintain and grow email subscriber lists using ethical and effective practices.
Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred).
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation and drip campaigns.
Knowledge of audience behavior and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Experience in B2B or B2C email marketing environments.
