You'll be responsible for both the
technical execution
(tools, automation, segmentation) and the
creative content
(subject lines, body copy, storytelling) of our email marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage
email marketing campaigns
end-to-end -- from concept to delivery.
Write persuasive and engaging email copies
, newsletters, and promotional content aligned with brand tone and objectives.
Develop and test
subject lines, CTAs, and creative content
for better engagement.
Collaborate with the
design team
to produce visually appealing email templates.
Manage and optimize
email lists, audience segmentation, and automation workflows.
Conduct
A/B tests
to refine messaging and improve open, click, and conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics -- open rate, CTR, conversions, and unsubscribe rate -- and provide actionable insights.
Maintain and update
email databases
, ensuring accuracy, hygiene, and compliance.
Stay updated with
email trends, deliverability best practices, and content strategies.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align email communication with ongoing campaigns.
Content & Copywriting Responsibilities:
Create
engaging, brand-aligned email content
(newsletters, offers, product updates, drip campaigns, and customer stories).
Craft
personalized, audience-specific content
that supports lead nurturing and conversion goals.
Adapt writing style for different audiences (B2B/B2C) and campaign types.
Collaborate with the content team to repurpose blog or social content into email-friendly formats.
Ensure tone, grammar, and messaging consistency across all communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
1-5 years of hands-on experience in
email marketing and content writing

Proficiency with tools such as
Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Sendinblue.
Strong command of
copywriting, storytelling, and content editing.
Familiarity with
