Job Summary



We are seeking a results-driven

Email Marketing Executive

to plan, manage, and execute B2B email campaigns focused on generating high-quality leads, nurturing prospects, improving engagement, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, marketing automation, CRM management, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities



1. Email Strategy & Planning



Develop and own the overall email marketing strategy aligned with business, sales, and revenue goals.

Plan monthly and quarterly email calendars for outreach, nurturing, onboarding, retention, and upselling.

Identify new opportunities to increase email-driven lead generation and engagement.

2. Campaign Development & Execution



Build, execute, and monitor B2B email marketing campaigns end-to-end.

Implement segmentation, personalization, and targeted messaging across industries and buyer personas.

Create drip campaigns, workflows, and automated sequences based on the customer lifecycle.

3. Marketing Automation & CRM Ownership



Work on marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Zoho, Pardot, etc.).

Maintain data hygiene, segmentation logic, and CRM database accuracy.

Develop lead-scoring models, nurturing pipelines, and automation triggers for the sales funnel.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Optimization



Define and monitor key KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversions, MQLs, SQLs, and ROI.

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and CTAs.

Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

5. Compliance & Deliverability Management



Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and global email marketing policies.

Optimize email deliverability, domain reputation, and sender health.

Monitor bounce rates, spam risks, and actively prevent blacklisting.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration



Coordinate with the Sales team to align campaigns with lead-generation strategies.

Support business development initiatives with targeted email communication and follow-up sequences.

Required Skills & Qualifications



1-3 years of proven experience in

B2B email marketing

.

Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, SendGrid, etc.).

Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Understanding of B2B customer behaviour and sales cycle.

Preferred Skills



Experience in SaaS, HR Services, IT Services, Consulting, or other B2B sectors.

Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for email template optimization.

Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
