Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
Content Creation:
Write engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional messages, and customer communications.
List Management:
Manage email lists, including segmentation, list acquisition, and list cleanliness.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B tests on various email campaigns to establish the most effective ones.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure the email strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
Automation:
Implement and manage email marketing automation tools.
Compliance:
Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry.
Reporting:
Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems.
Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
