Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Create compelling email content and design visually appealing email templates.
Manage email marketing automation workflows and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns for better engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements:

Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
Proficiency in email marketing software and automation platforms.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
