Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketer to lead and execute targeted email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term customer relationships. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and is passionate about performance-based outreach and personalisation.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, testing, and analysing outbound email campaigns across multiple segments. A strong grasp of customer segmentation, performance metrics, and creative messaging is essential.

Responsibilities

Plan, write, and send targeted email campaigns to cold and warm lists using advanced tools and sequences

Maintain and optimise email deliverability, sender reputation, and open/click-through rates

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, open rate, bounce rate, conversions)

Continuously test email templates, subject lines, timing, and audience segments for maximum ROI

Conduct detailed data mining to build accurate and qualified prospect lists

Maintain database hygiene, deduplication, and proper tagging

Work closely with the sales and content teams to align messaging and lead generation objectives

Ensure all emails are compliant with GDPR and email marketing best practices

Previous hands-on experience using Apollo.io for outbound campaigns and contact discovery

Proven record of driving lead generation through cold outreach

Experience in scraping, filtering, and segmenting large datasets for targeting

Skills and Requirements

2+ years experience in email marketing, outreach, or B2B lead generation

Strong copywriting skills tailored for direct response and personalisation

Proficiency with email marketing platforms and automation tools

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Familiarity with CRMs and list-building tools

Understanding of GDPR and international email compliance standards
