Research and identify potential clients in international markets through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and other B2B databases.
Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
Initiate and maintain communication with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Marketing Heads, etc.) to introduce company services.
Schedule meetings or product demos between potential clients and the business development/sales team.
Maintain a daily and weekly lead generation pipeline with accurate tracking in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective outreach content and targeted campaigns.
Identify new strategies for market expansion and lead nurturing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
Provide reports and insights on lead performance and conversion ratios.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Must have 06 months to 02 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably in IT / mobile app development industry.
Strong understanding of international sales processes and communication etiquette.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or other CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, research, and online networking skills.
