Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute email marketing strategies:

This includes defining campaign goals, target audiences, and content plans.

Create engaging email content:

Crafting compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls-to-action that resonate with the target audience.

Segment email lists:

Dividing subscribers into groups based on demographics, behavior, or other factors to ensure relevant messaging.

Analyze campaign performance:

Monitoring key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and bounce rates to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance:

Adhering to email marketing regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM to avoid legal issues and maintain subscriber trust.

Maintain subscriber databases:

Keeping email lists accurate and up-to-date by removing inactive subscribers and managing opt-ins and opt-outs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends:

Keeping abreast of the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and technologies.

Collaborate with other teams:

Working with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives.
