We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a
data-driven Email Marketer
who can drive impactful
B2B lead generation campaigns
through strategic email outreach.
Role Overview:
As an
Email Marketing Specialist
, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns aimed at generating high-quality B2B leads. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to design outreach strategies that attract potential clients and convert them into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement end-to-end
email marketing campaigns
for B2B lead generation.
Create and maintain
targeted prospect lists
of potential business leads.
Craft
engaging subject lines, copy, and CTAs
aligned with the company's brand and offerings.
Conduct
industry and market research
to identify new business segments and key decision-makers.
Utilize tools like
Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar
for cold email automation and workflow optimization.
Track and analyze
key email metrics
(open rates, CTR, bounce rates, response rates) and refine campaigns accordingly.
Run
A/B tests
to optimize engagement and conversion performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
align email campaigns with sales and marketing goals.
Ensure all campaigns comply with
GDPR, CAN-SPAM
, and other relevant email marketing laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of proven experience in
B2B email marketing and lead generation.
Strong understanding of
cold email outreach
and
marketing automation tools.
Hands-on experience with
Hunter.io, Apollo, Snov.io, Mailchimp, Lemlist
, or equivalent platforms.
Exceptional
writing and communication skills
to craft persuasive, conversion-focused content.
Working knowledge of
CRM systems
(Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Analytical approach with experience in
campaign performance tracking and reporting.
Ability to
manage multiple campaigns
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in
IT services
or
software development industries.
Knowledge of
LinkedIn outreach
or multi-channel prospecting strategies.
