Key Responsibilities:
Configure and troubleshoot email accounts using
Outlook, cPanel, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
.
Resolve email
send/receive and synchronization issues
efficiently.
Perform
email migrations and backups
as needed.
Manage client email credentials securely, maintaining confidentiality.
Provide
remote support
and assist clients with email-related technical issues.
Collaborate with the Web Team to ensure email systems integrate smoothly with web services.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of
IMAP, POP3, SMTP protocols
.
Hands-on experience with
Outlook setup and troubleshooting
.
Familiarity with
DNS records
including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
Excellent
communication and remote support skills
.
Prior experience in
email or IT support
is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Freshers with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
