We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate and support Global Email service.

Ensuring quality processes are adhered to.

Support incident management escalation and crisis calls related to technical issues impacting the email service globally.

Proactively engage with Senior Stakeholders to provide updates when necessary.

Managing third party vendors and vendor service providers

Ensure that the Exchange email service is running at optimal performance globally.

Help define Exchange product roadmaps and keep other areas of HSBC informed about the Technological infrastructure capabilities available.

Expert working and operations knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2019 (automation, troubleshooting, high availability / disaster recovery, security management, patching) on large deployments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

10 to 15 years of experience in Infrastructure support mainly on Exchange / M365 platforms.

An Independent contributor to work with Business and IT Teams.

A successful track record of supporting IT critical (TIER1) services \xe2\x80\x93 including cloud servers such as Microsoft 365.

Extensive experience of supporting Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, Exchange 2013/2019 on premise, Exchange integration protocols (EWS/IMAP/SMTP/POP), Voltage SecureMail, SourceOne Email Compliance, eDiscovery Clearwell and Domino infrastructure as part of a large organization.

A successful track record of proactively managing risks and issues.

Hands-on experience with Exchange 2013/2019, Emai working Protocols, M365, PowerShell scripting, Outlook Client.
