Statement of Work (SOW) - Zee Marathi Email & Social Media Management
Scope of Work:
Email Management
Downloading / Accessing Emails:
Retrieve all incoming mails sent to the designated Zee Marathi email ID (linked to WhatsApp auto-response).
Analysis & Bucketing:
Categorise emails based on the nature of queries (e.g., show-related queries, subscription issues, feedback, complaints, partnership requests, etc.).
Response Management:
Draft and send replies to all queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Escalation Handling:
Route critical or high-priority emails to Zee Marathi's internal team for further action.
Reporting & Analytics
Share
monthly reports
including:
Total number of mails received.
Distribution across query buckets.
Number of mails successfully responded to within TAT.
Identification of top recurring queries and trends.
Recommendations for improving engagement and reducing repetitive queries.
Social Media Posting
Content posting on Zee Marathi's designated social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.) based on the approved content calendar.
Ensuring timely updates for ongoing shows, promotions, events, and campaigns.
Coordinating with Zee Marathi's creative/content team for approvals before posting.
Email Communication
Drafting and sending
broadcast emails/newsletters
to subscribed users based on approved content.
Managing formatting, visual design, and ensuring brand tone consistency.
Tracking email campaign performance (open rate, click-through rate, etc.) and sharing analytics.
Tentative Email Inflow (for Costing)
Estimated inflow: [Insert agreed tentative number of emails per month here - e.g., 1,500 to 2,000 emails].
Costing to be finalised based on this projected volume.
