Email Data Analytics Executive

who can analyze email campaign data, scrape and manage email-related data, and deliver actionable insights to support marketing and sales teams across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze email marketing campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and deliverability). Perform

data scraping and lead data extraction

from websites, directories, and online platforms for email campaigns. Collect, clean, verify, and maintain email databases to ensure high data quality and compliance. Segment email lists based on user behavior, engagement, industry, and geography. Support email marketing and outreach campaigns with accurate, well-structured data. Track and optimize A/B test results for subject lines, content, and send times. Identify trends and insights to improve engagement and campaign ROI. Use scraping tools, analytics platforms, and automation tools to improve efficiency. Prepare regular performance reports and data insights for internal teams. Collaborate with sales, growth, and marketing teams to achieve campaign targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, Business, or a related field (Preferred). 1-2 years of experience in email data analytics, data scraping, or lead generation. Hands-on experience with scraping tools such as

Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)

, Octoparse, or similar tools. Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or equivalent. Strong understanding of email KPIs, data hygiene, and segmentation strategies. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; basic knowledge of dashboards or BI tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and time-management skills.
