We are hiring Customer Service Advisor for

Email & Chat (Blended Process)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

inbound customer inquiries

via

Inbound calls emails and Web chat

. Accurately

record customer interactions

, feedback and issues in the CRM system. Provide timely, accurate and efficient solutions to customer concerns.

Requirements:

Education:

HSC (12th Pass) with experience or Bachelor's degree Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English. Strong

problem-solving

and

customer-handling

abilities. Comfortable working in

Day rotational shifts

(including weekends and holidays). Fresher can apply OR Minimum [1] year of experience in customer service OR in a BPO.
