Email & Chat Support Executives

for a leading Domestic Process. This is a

non-voice role

involving customer interaction through

email and live chat

.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via

email and chat

in a professional manner

Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions

Maintain high standards of

written English communication

Follow process guidelines and quality parameters

Ensure timely and effective customer support

Eligibility Criteria

Versant Level 5 or above (mandatory)

Excellent

written English skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer service mindset

Experience

Fresher or experienced candidates

Prior experience in

email/chat support

is an advantage

Education

HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate

(any stream)

Work Details

Shift: Rotational shifts

Working Days: 5 days (2 rotational weekly offs)
