Job Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions and maintain customer records. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Strong written communication skills. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Proficient in using computers and chat software. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills.
