Customer Support:

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to products or services.

Product Information:

Providing detailed information about products, services, and company policies.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Escalation:

Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams or departments.

Communication:

Delivering clear, concise, and professional responses in both written and verbal forms.

Performance:

Meeting or exceeding established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Collaboration:

Working with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Training:

Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
